Prior to joining Pacific International, and running concurrently, Adele is the proprietor of Creative Financial Management Consultancy an independent firm that help provides business with financial funding and associated management services and proprietor of Cuttingedge Jewelry manufacturing.  She is a highly respected financial manager and talented jewelry designer, developer of products and manufacturing processes.

She holds a decree in civil Engineering. She brings to the Core team a wealth of skill gain in working hands on in a cross section of business.

Glenn holds concurrently the position of Managing Director

Glenn leads Aroglad Pacific International day to day operation and helping clients in industries find, develop, and commercialize high potential growth opportunities.

He has worked in both military and commercial areas over some 35 plus years. From Military command to start-up and established business, in areas such as security/investigation/intelligence, Information technology, Computer/network systems, importing/exporting, entertainment, and human management/resources. His extensive prior strategy consulting experience also includes working in the communications and retail industries.

Glenn hold a MBA, B.A. in business Studies, B.B. in Business Systems, Dip BM. In Business/Management, B.E. Bachelor of Engineering (Computer, Engineering, Management) (Satilite),

Glenn has conducted training workshops and given numerous speeches to senior management teams, Government and broad audiences.

Secretary – Mr. Alberto C. Mejia

He is concurrently involved with Quality Bread his family business, Albert has considerable experience in business to government interaction and is extensively connected in both areas. Prior to his current career, Albert worked for several years in the sugar plantation industries.

He is dedicated successful business person in his own right and brings to our team a wealth of personnel and business successes. Albert has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial inclinations and talents throughout his professional career.

Treasure- Mr. Gwendoven O. Sta Marie

This is an internal position; he has considerable skills in our internal accounting area and is responsible for delivering reports and recommendations to the board of directors as to avail them of up-to-date information and trends.

He is charged with identify factors that contribute to success and failure in established businesses. And advised the board on issues of growth, technology investment and innovation management.

In the endeavors of the Corporation to keep up-to-date with eCommerce treads and applications, Gwendoven is undertaking Information Technology Studies to help place himself and the corporation and a better area of training and understanding.

Director - Mr. Rolando B. Obregon

He has considerable skills in identify factors that contribute to success and failure in new and established businesses. He advised clients on issues of growth, technology investment, innovation management and go-to-market strategy, he also works closely with our Travel and Tours Division in the international area.

Rolando is a self made business man working hard and effectively from business conception to reality dealing with and implementing all the steps along the way.

His interest in the business services industry comes from his business and commercial activities, where he has had considerable experience in multi faceted business contacts.

Director - Mr. Alan H. Baranguita

He advised the corporation and clients on issues of growth, innovation management and strategy, he also works closely with our international division.

Managing Consultant (Security) - Mr. Noel Z. Nazareno

Noel holds is the head of our Security Division

He has considerable skills in identify factors that contribute to success and failure in the security, intelligence and investigation area. He advised and or consults on issues relevant to there sustainable growth and bottom line profit and submits security, intelligence and investigation reports, he also works closely with our managing Director in the International Advisory area.

Noel has over 14 years in the intelligence, investigation and security field. His expertise can make the difference between good and low profit. He is the Aroglad Pacific International link with police and emergency services.
